We are excited to have you as a new customer and are committed to delivering dependable and honest service. Below, you’ll find answers to some frequently asked questions:

General Guidelines

  • Ensure all trash bags are tightly sealed or tied. Place bags and bins in a visible and easily accessible location for our crews. While all trash must be bagged, items like flattened boxes and pizza boxes are exceptions.

  • Make sure your trash is ready for collection by 6:00 AM on your scheduled pickup day. If your trash is not available when we arrive, it will be collected on your next scheduled service day. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for missed pickups due to trash not being available.

  • Properly bagging your trash helps keep your property clean and allows our team to work safely and efficiently. This practice helps prevent loose trash from littering neighborhoods or attracting animals.

  • To avoid tearing, please limit the weight of each bag to 25 lbs, especially when disposing of heavy items like papers, magazines, or grass clippings.

Disposal Specifics

  • We accept boxes as long as they are broken down flat and stacked neatly next to the bin.

  • For sanitary reasons, pet waste should be double-bagged and securely tied.

  • Place all broken glass in a sealed box labeled "BROKEN GLASS" to ensure the safety of our crews.

Bulk Items

  • Any trash that exceeds your weekly limit is considered bulk trash and may incur additional charges.

  • All bulk or special pickups must be quoted and scheduled by calling us at (972) 302-9981. Unscheduled items found at pickup will not be collected until our office is contacted for a quote and scheduling.
